5. Account Deletion and Data Removal
Users can permanently delete their GoMedGo account directly from the app.
To delete an account:

Select the "Delete Account" option inside the app

A verification OTP is sent to your registered mobile number

After successful OTP verification and confirmation, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems
Some records may be temporarily retained only if required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, medical compliance, or dispute resolution purposes under applicable laws.
6. Consent for Sensitive Health Data
By submitting medical or health-related details in the app, you give explicit consent for MedCapSky and its authorized personnel to access and use this data solely for the purpose of delivering appropriate care and services.
7. Your Rights as a User
You have the right to:
