• You must be 18 years or older to create an account. • You may book services for others (with their consent or legal authority). • All personal and patient information must be accurate and updated.

• Bookings are made via the GoMedGo mobile app. • You'll receive confirmation after a provider is assigned. • Be available at the scheduled time, maintain a safe environment, and follow care instructions.

• Pay through UPI, cards, or net banking. • Some services may offer Cash on Delivery. • Prices are transparent; receipts are provided after payment.

• You can cancel or reschedule within the app. • Free cancellations allowed up to 2 hours before the appointment. • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days.

• All providers are verified, trained, and follow hygiene/safety protocols. • Report issues via app or customer support.

• Treat providers with dignity. • No harassment, threats, or misuse. • Violations may lead to account suspension or legal action.

• Providers cannot perform surgeries, give restricted medications, or handle emergencies. • For emergencies, contact hospitals or ambulances immediately. ➤ **Sex determination during pregnancy is strictly prohibited. Violations will lead to legal action under PCPNDT Act.** ➤ **Any abuse or harassment of providers is a criminal offense and will face strict legal action.** ➤ **MedCapSky is not liable for outcomes from off-platform services. Repeat direct hiring of providers bypassing GoMedGo will result in:** • Permanent account ban • Legal action • Applicable fines or penalties

• Your data is protected and never sold. • Relevant information is securely shared only with care professionals.

MedCapSky may modify services, pricing, or terms. Misuse may lead to service suspension. Updates will be notified via app.
