How do I book?
Download the Android app, or open the web app. Sign in with your phone number, choose a service, pick a date and time, add the address, and confirm.
Is there a registration fee?
No. Creating an account is free. You pay for the visit you book.
Who comes to the home?
Verified nurses, physiotherapists, and care staff. GoMedGo asks professionals to verify their registration certificate before they take work.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit or credit card, and net banking inside the app.
Can I cancel or book for someone else?
Yes. You can book for a parent or relative by entering their details. You can cancel from the app. A late cancellation can carry a fee.
